What SpeakUp Offers

Our SpeakUp whistleblowing hotlines offer confidential reporting for employees, suppliers and potentially other stakeholders to make reports about serious concerns they may have about wrongdoing in the workplace. We have a simple, consistent and compliant process which ensures that those concerns will be passed directly and unedited to nominated senior managers. Our service has been developed with the whistleblower in mind to encourage them to come forward.

Our SpeakUp whistleblower hotlines also facilitates two-way communication between the employee and your organisation even when anonymity is requested. To encourage employees to report wrongdoing they are able to make a report in their native language and we provide them with a unique choice of three reporting channels. 

The person making the report can:

  • leave a secure voice message, or;
  • talk to one of our specially-trained call handlers, or;
  • log on to a secure website and leave a message.

Each channel will enable your organisation to maintain a dialogue with the whistleblower so you can provide feedback or request further information about an individual case.
